Resolution of tough issues is never more needed than within families, where emotions and history can run deep.
Rapproche can organise meetings from which solutions to the most intractable problems can emerge. We call this family conferencing, because we hope we can be involved when it would be premature to say that there was a dispute needing mediation. But even if not, the approach is similar. Typically we would meet those involved separately, so we can hear all views, and then organise a meeting with everyone where those views can be shared, understood and incorporated in a solution acceptable to all.
